These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of tickets, your attendance at Desert Star Playhouse, and your participation in our text messaging (SMS) program. By purchasing a ticket, entering the theater, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Tickets and Admission

Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No cash value. No substitutions. Tickets are valid only for the date and time scheduled and are not valid for special engagements. Seating is subject to availability.

Theatrical Effects

Desert Star is a live theatrical and dining event in an enclosed theater and uses theatrical haze for lighting enhancement. Persons sensitive to haze or with respiratory conditions, allergies, or asthma attend at their own risk. Desert Star also uses stroboscopic effects and other lighting effects which may be a factor in triggering epileptic seizures.

Alcoholic Beverages

The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the legal age limit is prohibited. Identification is required.

Photography and Recording

Entry constitutes consent to the use of any film, video, or likeness of the ticket holder.

Personal Property

Desert Star is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Health and Safety

Entry is subject to the health and safety policies in place at the time of admission. Attending public gatherings with large numbers of individuals risks possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

Program Description

By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Desert Star Playhouse regarding show announcements, ticket offers, special events, reservation reminders, and other news about the theater. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
